Delivery & Returns


Free Kerry delivery on all orders in excess of €500.

Orders under €500 will attract a €30 delivery charge.


All orders will attract a €70 delivery charge

Our regular delivery schedules are within the above counties.

Nationwide delivery may be arranged on an ad-hoc basis. Please discuss with our store team on or 066-7144770 to arrange.

We will always endeavour to give an approximate (morning/afternoon) estimate delivery time but must allow for traffic congestion, bad weather events and other such delays that may occur and are beyond our control.

It is important that we are provided with sufficient contact numbers needed AND EIRCODE to ensure we can contact you all day on the day of delivery.
We are happy to place your furniture in any room of your request. However, we cannot accept any liability for damage to property that may happen within as a result.

As all deliveries are loaded on the previous evening, delivery cannot be cancelled on the same day. All delivery cancellations must be communicated to the store team on or 066-7144770 at least 24 hours in advance.

Changes of delivery address must be advised to the store team on or 066-7144700 at least 24 hours in advance. Dependant on the new address proximity to the original, this may attract a delay in delivery.


We are happy to store your furniture in our warehouse for a period of 4 weeks once it becomes available for delivery to you. Storage after this period will attract a charge of €40 per week.


We strongly advise customers before purchasing furniture to ensure that the dimensions of the doors, entrance hall & room are suitable for the intended purchase.

We are able to offer a refund for most online purchases. Refund options are Debit card / Visa Card / CHeque / Bank transfer. We do not offer cash refunds.

We are unable to accept return of orders that have been custom made to your request.

We are unable to accept return of mattresses, mattress protectors and pillows that have been removed from their packaging for reasons of hygiene.

Online Purchases:

In line with Distance Selling Regulations, for online items you have 14 days from the date you received your product to inform us of your intention to return it. You can inform our store team on or 066-7144770.

The product must be physically returned to Lane Brothers within 14 days of us being notified of your intent to return.

It is your responsibility to return the item to Lane Brothers. If required, we offer a collect service with a courier fee deducted from the total refund.

Shop Purchases:

For all items returned, a credit note will be issued to the value of the item less 20% re-stocking fee.

Sale items, clearance or end of line reduced models may not be returned.

Custom orders that have been ordered specifically for the customer can not be returned.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

It is important that all items are inspected on receipt and any issues advised to our delivery driver or to the store team.
